This customer came to us as we’d previously installed a downstairs bathroom, and they were delighted with the result.
When they wanted to add an en suite to their new dormer extension they called us, as they knew we could help them manage the new project through from start to finish.
At the outset, we provided a free quotation highlighting what could be done within the constraints of the available space, heating system, site layout etc.
We showed the customer similar jobs that we had done before so they could visualise the final result.
We introduced the customer to our local partners who supplied them with tiles and suite items – here they looked around the showrooms and made substitutions as required to suit their own taste.
We then provided a turn key installation to bring the plan to life, without the need for the customer to deal with lots of different tradespeople independently.
An en suite like this one usually requires the following skills or trades:
As we project managed all the different trades needed to bring this project to fruition, the homeowner did not have to.
We simply agreed the specification and they let us get on with it.
We handled all the contractors, materials, deliveries, permissions, suppliers, waste disposal and everything else that was required to complete the work.
Much less stressful for the customer, and lots of time saved running around sourcing and then managing a team of disparate tradesmen!

A dormer was added by a 3rd party contractor.
We liaised with this contractor to ensure that the final wetroom would perform adequately.
Here you can see the view from the bedroom to where the wetroom would later be positioned.
Studwork was erected to split the space between the wetroom and the bedroom.
This was then insulated, boarded, skimmed and decorated.
The wetroom design featured a large walk in shower area…..
….with a tiled storage alcove and a concealed shower that could be turned on from the opposing wall:
We installed a close coupled WC and a wall hung basin vanity unit with an attractive LED mirror above it.
Additional storage space was provide by a wall hung cupboard unit.
Heat was provided by means of a polished chrome radiator fed off the central heating….
….as well as electric underfloor heating to ensure the wetroom dried out quickly.
The final result was beautiful.
